Fees & Appointments


Individual psychotherapy or counselling sessions are 60 minutes and we will contract to have sessions at a regular time and place, usually on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Sessions may be in-person at my practice room, or online via Zoom. For some clients with challenging mental health issues, complex trauma, or those seeking more intensive psychoanalytic psychotherapy and deeper self-exploration, twice-weekly 50 minute sessions (at a reduced rate) may be appropriate.

We are open Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm, with late night appointments available on Mondays until 8pm.

More than 48 Hours notice (no fee), 24-48 hours notice (50% fee).

Less than 24 Hours notice (full fee applies).
